This wedding planner specialises in weddings performed in Italy and was awarded the Luxury Travel Guide Award 2016 for Destination Wedding Specialist of the Year and Wedding Specialist of the Year 2017 for Italy.

The business has a registered UK office and an employee based in Italy. Our client travels extensively which created logistical complexity for insurers. Essentially many insurers will misunderstand her professional role even classing our client as a tour operator.

We simply extended their liability to incorporate European business activities to ensure that they are fully covered whilst coordinating and planning. For example, if the member of staff operating overseas caused accidental injury, we would pick up the claim.
